The Online Best Doctor Platform offers a virtual marketplace where individuals (referred to as “Users”) looking for personal healthcare services and/or other services (referred to as “Services”) can be paired with anyone, including “Doctors,” who can offer the Services.
Any choice a User makes regarding the usage or acceptance of Services is one that the User makes at their sole discretion.
Each Service that a Doctor or other third-party provider offers to a User will be governed by its agreement.
Online Best Doctor and the third-party service provider will work to give Users the best service possible when a doctor or other third-party provider offers virtual services (such as an online video consultation).
Since a virtual visit is not the same as a real one, Online Best Doctor and the third-party service provider are not responsible for any losses that users may suffer directly or indirectly due to a virtual visit.
You acknowledge that neither Online Best Doctor nor any of its affiliates provide medical or healthcare services, act in the capacity of a provider of medical or healthcare services, or own any practice that offers such services.
Instead, all such services are rendered by independent third parties who are not employees of Online Best Doctor or any of its affiliates.
