Online Best Doctor’s exchange and refund policy
The patient must cancel the request at least two hours before the scheduled visit.
e.g.
If you’ve scheduled an appointment for 8:00 PM, you must cancel before or at 6:00 PM to receive a refund. If you do, your payment will stay active.
After the time for consultation, cancellation requests won’t be taken into consideration.
We’ll start the refund process for the customer’s down payment when we have a legitimate cancellation request.
You can reverse the executed transaction or use IBFT to repay the advance amount.
Cash won’t ever be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds will be processed in 48 working hours after the patient receives proof of payment and after it has been verified.
Before the required verification and approval have been completed, we will not refund any payments.
Please be aware that we will not be held liable for any delays in crediting the Cardholder’s bank account or credit card account caused by any factors stated by the Payment Gateway or the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
No requests for refunds or cancellations will be granted when paying for bills or services.
Every refund will be recorded separately by us.
What does Online Best Doctor require to return your money?
Send payment verification referencing the transfer date.
Send documentation proving the account number on which you made the money transfer.
You must include your IBAN (PK 00 BankCode 00000000000), Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash Account Number to avoid having your payment transferred to the account shown on the payment documentation you submitted.
The patient must submit his IBAN (PK 00 BankCode 00000000000), Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash Account Number if a payment is made with a credit card because credit card payments cannot be reimbursed.
When will refund requests not be regarded?
The patient is not happy with the physician (after consultation).
At the time of the appointment, the patient wasn’t there.
In the phone contact or appointment, the patient is nasty to the doctor.
If a patient requests a refund from Online Best Doctor more than two days after receiving payment, they will not receive one.
Payment will not be returned if the patient does not provide account information or is not identified in payment documentation.
Pakistani law governs these terms and conditions, and the only courts with jurisdiction over this matter are those in Bahawalnagar.
Resolution of Disputes: Under the terms of the 1940 Arbitration Act and any rules, Online Best Doctor must appoint a single arbitrator to hear any controversy relating to the terms and conditions. Bahawalnagar will serve as the arbitration’s location.
Security: It is encrypted when consumers input their financial information through this payment gateway.
During or after the online payment process, Online Best Doctor shall not be liable for any failure by the Customer making the payment to properly prevent data from being viewed on their screen by others or otherwise obtained by such others.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Online Best Doctor retains the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will be posted on this website.
Online Best Doctor also reserves the right to reject the online payment without justifying.
